Every ÉTINCELLE order is prepared with precision and care. Please review the following terms regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing

    •    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
    •    During high-demand periods or special launches, processing times may extend slightly.
    •    Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Each ÉTINCELLE order is filmed during the packing process to verify accuracy, condition, and packaging integrity prior to shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship worldwide via trusted carriers including UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
    •    United States: 2 – 6 business days
    •    Europe: 4 – 8 business days
    •    Canada & Australia: 4 – 9 business days
    •    Rest of World: 7 – 12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, as well as external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, service level, and order value.
From time to time, ÉTINCELLE may offer complimentary or discounted shipping promotions — such offers will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow the parcel’s progress.
Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear once the carrier scans the shipment.

5. Delivery Confirmation

When a carrier marks a package as Delivered, that scan serves as official proof of delivery to the address provided at checkout.
ÉTINCELLE LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after carrier confirmation.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an address error results in failed or misdirected delivery, ÉTINCELLE cannot be held liable.
Should a package be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located:
    •    Notify info@etincelleofficial.com within 24 hours of the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
    •    File a police report within 48 hours and share the report number with our support team.
    •    Upon review, we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion.

Refunds are not issued for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they reach your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
